Dr Janette graduated with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science in the United Kingdom in 2002 and joined Ashgrove Avenue Vet in 2025. She has worked in a variety of general practices in the United Kingdom and Brisbane, building broad experience in small-animal care. 

Janette has a particular interest in medicine and loves working closely with owners to achieve the best possible outcome for their pets. Her empathetic, friendly approach helps clients feel heard, supported and involved in their pet's care. 

At home, Janette has a lively menagerie of cats, dogs, chickens and goats. Outside work, she enjoys gardening, op shopping, visiting cafes and spending time with her family.
